Terms of service

These Terms govern use of tsblivingx.shop and purchases from TSB Living X. Mandatory rights under UK consumer law are not excluded, restricted or replaced.

1. Operator and scope

The shop operates under the trading name TSB Living X. Contact: info@tsblivingx.shop. The full legal name and geographical business address must be added to the Legal Notice and pre-contract information before sales are offered. Company registration and VAT details must be added where applicable.

2. Permitted use

You may use the shop only lawfully and must provide accurate order information. You must not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s identity, place fraudulent orders, scrape the service in a way that impairs it, or infringe intellectual-property or other rights.

3. Products and availability

Product pages describe the main characteristics of goods. Images are illustrative; reasonable screen-colour differences and natural-material variations may occur where goods remain as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Availability may change. An item in a basket is not reserved.

4. Ordering and contract formation

Product displays are invitations to place an order. Before submission, checkout lets you review and correct information. The final action clearly indicates an obligation to pay. By submitting, you make an offer to buy the listed goods.

An automated receipt acknowledges the order but does not necessarily accept it. A contract forms when we expressly accept, send a dispatch confirmation, or dispatch the goods, whichever first clearly communicates acceptance. Required contract information and confirmation will be provided in a durable format. If an accepted item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and refund it.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

The total price, currency, applicable taxes and unavoidable mandatory charges are displayed before purchase. Free standard delivery applies unless another clearly priced option is selected. We do not hide mandatory fees, use misleading countdowns or scarcity claims, or publish consumer reviews without taking reasonable and proportionate steps required by law to prevent and remove fake reviews.

Payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment becomes due when the contract is formed unless the selected method states otherwise. Providers may perform authentication and fraud checks under their own notices.

6. Delivery, risk and title

We deliver to accepted checkout destinations. The agreed estimated delivery period is 15–20 days. The Shipping Policy provides details. For consumer orders, risk generally passes when you or a person identified by you takes physical possession, except where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us. Title remains with us until full payment where the law permits.

7. Cancellation and returns

Consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel eligible distance purchases without giving a reason and a further 14 days to return goods, subject to exceptions. The Return and Refund Policy contains the instructions, refund timing and model cancellation form. Faulty-goods remedies apply separately.

8. Consumer Rights Act remedies

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described and comply with other statutory terms. Consumers may have the 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods, followed by repair or replacement and, where statutory conditions are met, price reduction or final rejection. Remedies are provided without necessary cost or significant inconvenience. Any commercial guarantee is additional to statutory rights.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of mandatory consumer rights, defective products where liability is mandatory, or any matter that cannot lawfully be limited. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, subject to mandatory law. Consumers using goods for personal purposes are not treated as accepting exclusions designed for business loss.

10. Intellectual property

Shop text, photographs, graphics, logos, design and software are protected by rights belonging to us or licensors. Personal browsing and use necessary to shop or exercise legal rights is permitted. Other reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial use requires permission unless law allows it.

11. Third-party services

Links may lead to services controlled by third parties. A link does not itself imply endorsement. This does not reduce our responsibility for a payment, delivery or other provider used by us to perform the purchase contract.

12. Complaints and ADR

Send complaints to info@tsblivingx.shop. We will investigate and try to resolve them fairly. If we are required by legislation or contract to participate in an alternative dispute resolution arrangement, we will identify that arrangement when communicating the outcome of a complaint as required by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. Otherwise, participation is not promised by these Terms. Court rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain mandatory protections of their local law and may normally bring proceedings in the courts of the UK part where they live. Consumers outside the UK retain any mandatory protection that a choice-of-law clause cannot remove.

14. Changes and severability

The Terms in force when an order is placed govern that order. Future terms may change for legal, security or operational reasons without removing accrued rights. If a provision is invalid, mandatory law applies and the remaining provisions continue where possible.
